About the Forums

I have some suggestions.

Note: I know these are long term goals, but they should be considered presently.

1. Don't make Administrator possible to apply for. It should be earned from the 1st step.
2. Make more positions when we have more players, such as "Forum Mod & Admin"
3. Get a better forum's design, such as Vbulletin's once we get more players
4. Get a webclient.
5. GET SOME RULES.

I agree to everyone except the thing with admins, since in the start he or the community will need someone to take care of it while Galactics gone.
But, later Admin must be earned.
And can only be earned after Moderator.
